Eastcliff, located on the East River Parkway above the Mississippi River, is the historic Residence of the President of the university of Minnesota.
Busch Architects, Inc. renovated a 2nd floor bedroom into a private family kitchen with newly refurbished oak flooring, architectural grade wood kitchen cabinets, Cambria (quartz) countertop, tile backsplash and new task lighting.
The property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. All work was documented using Minnesota historic Property Record Guidelines and submitted to SPHO for review and approval.
