Concordia’s existing collegiate baseball park is wedged between Selby Avenue to the south, parking to the east, the Ganglehoff Center to the north and a maintenance building to the west – there is no room for reconfiguring the field. The new design uses every square inch of property to provide new stadium seating behind home plate, new dugout to replace deteriorating ones, new press box area and concessions.
