Broadway Place West

Kevin Busch was the design architect for this six-story building that has 150,000 square feet of leasable office space.  The owner of the project was the Chute Company.  The building features Class A office finished in its Lobby and Common area, and terraced exterior decks for use by many of the office suites.  There is also two levels of underground parking space for the tenants as well as 500 parking spaces adjacent to the main entrance.
