ARC at Hillcrest Center

The renovation of the ARC Retail Facility was a difficult one.  Their space was comprised of different buildings built in the fifties which needed to flow together.  And the space had been remodeled multiple times leaving many layers of flooring, ceilings, and paint.  The new design opened up the space, concrete floors were polished, and the ceiling was opened up to create a more spacious feeling.
