University of Minnesota Moos Tower Plaza Entrance

Moos Tower staff were struggling to keep up with the new light-rail construction activities when finally it hit them – the new light rail stop was right in front of the building!  The only problem was there was really no front door to the building that was accessible to the light rail stop.  Our plans provided for a major new entrance that combined the existing Moos Tower exterior stairs, an elevator for accessibility, and a new entrance on the plaza for entrance to the above ground floors.
