Lincoln Athletic Complex

We worked with the local community athletic groups to completely make-over this worn-out park. Four adult-sized softball fields were squeezed into the site and a new restroom/concession/storage building was built. A unique design was created for the dugouts – steel columns were specially designed to cantilever over the dugout space and then covered with a corrugated metal roof.  A walking path winds throughout the park, and a new parking lot was also created.  Total cost of the project was $1.1 million.
