Presbyterian Homes – Triangle Development

Busch Architects worked with Presbyterian Homes to upgrade a triangular piece of land adjacent to their Arden Hills Campus.  The land had become available but had a couple of sub-standard homes on it.  The new corner would have a mixed-use development including apartments for Presbyterian Homes nursing staff, market-rate offices, and a new City entrance sign.
